Born and living in Rio de Janeiro.
I'm a graphic designer, visual artist and researcher. I have a master's degree in Fine Arts from the Université Paris 8, in the line of research Ecology of the arts and the media: aesthetics and contemporary artistic practices and graduated in Design - Visual Communication from PUC-Rio in 2020. During my degree, I had the opportunity to do an exchange at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, where I deepened my interest in analog photography and was able to practice the photographic processing and development, which changed my way of thinking and constructing images.
My artistic work focuses on everyday gestures, dreams, the intimate dimension of the public space and the intersections between memory and imagination.
The image/word relation and the fascination with the concept of collecting – whether of images, objects, or stories – have a strong presence in my work, which unfolds in different media such as photography, video, writing, performance and the construction of situations.
